General Terms and Conditions Crowns of Hair Version: March 2026

2. Scope and Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotes, and contracts concluded via the website www.crownsofhair.eu between Crowns of Hair (the “Seller”) and the consumer (the “Buyer”).

3. Right of Withdrawal – Exclusion for Custom-Made Products Pursuant to Article 57(1), point 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (in transposition of Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

All wigs and hair products sold by Crowns of Hair are custom-made according to the Buyer’s individual choices (including but not limited to cap size, construction type, hair color, length, density, texture, and any other specifications provided in the order form). Therefore, no right of withdrawal or cooling-off period exists once the contract is concluded.

The contract becomes binding and final upon the Buyer’s acceptance of the personalised quote and receipt of full payment. No cancellation or return is possible after this point, except in cases of legal non-conformity (defective product). All products are carefully inspected by SELLER prior to sending to BUYER.

4. Formation of the Contract

The Buyer submits specifications via the online form.
The Seller provides a personalised quote (including price and estimated delivery time).
The contract is concluded only after the Buyer explicitly accepts the quote and makes full payment.
Any changes to specifications after contract formation may result in additional costs and/or delays.

5. Payment Payment is made in full in advance via bank transfer, card via Mollie or Paypal. The product will only be ordered from the wig maker after payment is received and cleared.

6. Delivery Delivery within the EU is free of charge and without Import Duty and tax. Delivery outside of the EU is at cost and will be specified in the Quote. Import Duty and Tax are for the BUYER to pay on delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided in the quote and are indicative.

7. Warranty and Liability Statutory warranty rights under Bulgarian and EU law apply (minimum 2 years for non-conformity). No additional commercial warranty is provided unless stated otherwise.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

9. Amendments The Seller reserves the right to update these terms. The version applicable at the time of contract conclusion shall govern the order.

By accepting a quote and making payment, the Buyer confirms having read, understood, and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.
